Grand Gateway Hotel Rapid City

The hotel was cozy and clean with a nice bar. The room was on the 1st floor. The attached restaurant onsite had cold dishes.

Everything there was fantastic and the staff were pleasant. Nice building and rooms with great decoration.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was neat and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were more than helpful, everyone so accommodating. The breakfast spread was hearty, with lots of great options. We had a very nice stay at this classic property.

I loved the place due to good staff and rooms. The rooms with a microwave, coffee pot.

The hotel itself was contemporary and impeccably clean and the staff were helpful, it had easy location close to freeway quiet.

The rooms were non-smoking and relaxing with nice views of hills out the back side of hotel. The staff were courteous and the service itself was helpful.

Lovely location, fine beds, responsive staff. And it also had amazing view. The restaurant was amazing, fresh food. Karaoke bar and well-maintained pool. Could use their secure parking.

Facilities were simply wonderful, even so Wi-Fi was slow.

Check in was early, I loved absolutely perfect location and nicely updated rooms. Great view, a nice balcony, nice bed, too. The service here was outstanding too. Also with its fast wifi I could post videos etc.

soundproof rooms and efficient staff, i liked wonderful location too. the staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay. historic style hotel with elegant furniture in the rooms. easy check in and late check out.

The stay was magnificent, I would not hesitate to return there. Pleasant place to stay, reasonably clean hotel. Besides, the area was very very nice, next to hideaway. There was a comfortable bed in my cheap room, I slept very well. Staff turned out to be decent.

Awesome location, warm room, large bathroom, pretty friendly folks. Delightful breakfast, fantastic service. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like China Wok that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Modern interior, great restaurant.

Rooms and staff, all was outstanding. Rooms with a perfect decor. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a local area. Again, it was 2 miles from main street.

Supper friendly staff, pleasant views, absolutely fabulous room. I slept so comfy in the quiet bed. The location was pleasant, relatively near Rushmore Mall. Also, I appreciated how pleasant the location was. Easy check-out too. What's mote - there was great internet.

I appreciated very quiet location, good trained staff. Exceptional service throughout too. For sure, free WiFi worked well throughout the property. Its food was OUTSTANDING, with lots of meals.

It was very clean in the hotel. 12 miles from Rapid City Regional airport;))

It was decidedly an ideal base for family. We appreciated the access to pool. 20 minutes by car from the airport. Here we stayed not far from dinosaur park.
